What should I bring to the retreat?

We recommend bringing comfortable yoga clothes, a yoga mat (though we provide them if needed), meditation cushion, water bottle, sunscreen, and any personal items you need. A detailed packing list will be sent upon booking.

Are meals included?

Yes, all meals are included in your package. We serve three healthy, vegetarian meals daily, with vegan and gluten-free options available. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions when booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

Full refund available up to 30 days before the retreat. 50% refund available 15-29 days before. No refunds within 14 days of the retreat start date. We recommend travel insurance for unexpected circumstances.

Is the retreat suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! Our programs are designed for all levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. Our experienced teachers provide modifications and alternatives for all poses and practices.

How do I get to the retreat center?

We provide detailed travel instructions upon booking. The nearest airport is Krakow (KRK), and we offer shuttle service from there. You can also arrange private transportation or rent a car.

What is the daily schedule like?

Days typically begin at 6:30 AM with meditation, followed by yoga practice, breakfast, workshops, free time, afternoon yoga, and evening activities. A detailed schedule will be provided, and all activities are optional.
